League Connect is a C-suite gathering that brings together multidisciplinary experts in healthcare, technology, and consumer experience to drive change and solve the CX challenge in healthcare.
Attendees include C-level executives from healthcare provider, payer, consumer health, and technology organizations.
League Connect 2025 will take place at the W South Beach, Miami, FL from March 3-6, 2025.
This year’s theme is storytelling: To ignite transformative change in healthcare CX, leaders must become captivating storytellers who can turn abstract strategies into concrete actions, build buy-in for new ideas and inspire others to join their cause.
At League Connect you can expect a mix of unscripted panel discussions, keynote speakers, and intimate roundtables. Attendees can also expect exclusive dinners and entertainment throughout. Our 2025 agenda can be found here.
While there’s no cost to attend the event, guests are responsible for their flights and hotel. We’ve secured a preferred rate at the W South Beach for your convenience (expires on February 18, 2025).
You’ll have access to all live general sessions and on-demand recordings once you register for the conference. Some specific sessions may require sign-ups, but we will let registrants know in advance.
February 18, 2025 is the last day to book in our room block at the W South Beach. Registrations for the event close on February 24, 2025.
While we suggest you arrive on March 3rd and stay until March 6th to get the most out of the conference, we understand that not everybody’s schedule will permit that. We do, however, recommend that you are present for the full day on March 4th and 5th.
We have been very intentional in curating our guest list. Although the event is invite-only, we have reserved a handful of spots for those not on the guest-list. If a colleague is interested in attending, you’re welcome to direct your colleagues to apply to attend here.
All dietary requirements collected upon registration will be accounted for. Please kindly notify a staff member onsite and they will ensure you receive the appropriate meal prepared for you.
The dress code is business casual. Exceptions are made for the optional leisure activities.
Daily temperatures typically range from 66 °F to 77 °F (19 °C to 25 °C), rarely falling below 56 °F (13 °C) or exceeding 83 °F (28 °C). You can monitor the temperature here closer to the event.
The health and safety of our attendees remains our top priority. We are following all local, state, and federal government guidelines and will continue to monitor and evolve our policy and protocols as new information becomes available. See full health & safety policy here.
