About the session

The ongoing transition of moving more care into home-based settings accelerated during the last three years. Current research suggests that everyone – patients, clinicians, family caregivers – all have a strong preference that the necessary policies, payment models and technologies to enable care in the home continue into the future. That opportunity, however, will require new consumer experiences.
